Now we just need to specify the customer.
If he is new we can "Quick Add" him to our customer list. But since he's not new we just select him from the customer search screen. We can find him by account number, name or even phone number.
Once we have found the customer we have access to any notes or comments we may have recorded earlier. We can also click on the "Graph" button to see his three year sales history.
If his account is over due the center portion of the search screen will change to varying degrees of red, depending on how late he is. Very late is VERY red.
If he needs another job on this order we can add it now or later. When he is ready to reorder this job we can recall it exactly like it is in just a few seconds. See "Recalling A job"
