Search By Description
From the Job Actions menu select Search By Description.
From here you can get a listing of every job you've ever done or you can limit the listing to the criteria you enter.
If you want to see every envelope job you've done, put envelope into the first criteria field and click search.
This gives you a list, alphabetically by customer name of every job that contains envelope in the description.
We'll now find the same job that we found in the other search method.
We enter the customer name then click Search again and we get only the envelope jobs for that customer.
We then select the job we want and click Recall Item. We can recall several items.
The job is now in the work area.
One other thing that is nice. If we now click the View button at the bottom of the job template....
The Quick View window opens and the entire order is displayed.
By clicking Recall All................
All the jobs in that order are placed into the work area. They can all be, or some of them can be, placed into another order.
